• We require at least 2 hours’ notice for standard appointment cancellations and 24 hours for long appointments.
• Late cancellations and missed appointments may incur a non-attendance fee.
• This fee is not Medicare rebatable.

Patients who repeatedly miss appointments or cancel late may be required to:

• Pre-pay for future bookings, or
• Have restricted access to appointment scheduling
